There was hole dug a board place as seen in this photo several weeks ago. No one has been back since then to repair it . When residents ask they are told "waiting for a part" .This has been going on for months. Heat Wave ! Stay Cool in Phila Pa 19114. It has been so hot it has been difficult to think. Perhaps the best time to show homes is in the early mornings . Sellers  please be aware that it is best to have the A/C on in a heat wave for you and a potential buyer. There is nothing worse than showing vacant homes with no A/C on in a heat wave. I have been advising my sellers to leave the air on. In my humble opinion it is just as bad as showing a home that is unkempt and dirty. … (10 comments)

Speechless Sunday: Bursting into June Colors in Torresdale section of Phila Pa today .The heat wave has ended .The flowers are blooming .The birds are singing .It certainly does leave one Speechless on this beautiful Sunday in the  Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa and surrounding areas. FHA approved Condo Communities. Why would your association/board members not want to be FHA & VA approved ? If you have a strong Condo association and good amount of money in your reserve .Yes it might take a good amount of paper work to get the approvals done for FHA and VA Approvals but it would open up the Condo/Communities market to so many more buyers who may not be looking in your community .
