I will never forget the original "Planet of the Apes"..I saw it in 1968 on the big screen in theaters .I was amazed! I still watch this movie with the legendary Charlton Heston. Heat Wave ! Stay Cool in Phila Pa has had record breaking temperatures a real Heat wave! Today weatherman say's it will reach 102 degrees . Stay cool!  Perhaps the best time to show homes is in the early mornings . Sellers please be aware that it is best to have the A/C on in a heat wave for youself as well as a  potential buyer. It is a very strong buyers market .Last year 2010 we had a strong first half because of the tax credit this year we are down from last year by approx 21% .Prices are also down from 4.6% .
