How easy is it to buy a home today  .For some it is very easy for others not so easy . I have been working with a wonderful buyer who contacted be via ActiveRain. She knew everything she needed to. She had been reading my blogs. She knew where she wanted to buy .She even had found the condos on my blog site .The next step was getting her pre approved for a mortgage which we did . Speechless Sunday :Fun in the sun at Hampton Greens Bucks County Pa  a very desirable Condo development. I was taking pictures of my new listing 92 Basswood drive .The pool was so beautiful and a great feature of the development of course I need to take pictures..I was immediately invited in asked if I was thinking of buying everyone was so friendly . Hampton Greens what a wonderful place to live .
Everyone was having fun in the sun it left me Speechless this Sunday .
