The settlement took place at Re/Max Affiliates Real estate office at 9237 Frankford ave.Phila Pa 19114 The buyer's agent was Hannah Williams Re/Max Affiliates NE.The seller was represented by Joan Delaney Re/max Eastern.Both agents cooperated together each making sure everything was done in a timely manner. $8000 Tax credit Buyers Settle on time in Phila Pa. Everyone was happy at Re/Max Affiliates Ne,There was another successful settlement. This property went under contract in late February.
Re/max Eastern was the listing agency.Bob Shum was the listing agent and is a pleasure to work with. We worked together in complete cooperation to get this transaction to settlement with plenty of time to spare for the happy buyer to receive the $8000 Tax Credit and settle on time.We were very lucky to have wonderful sellers .Both the buyer and the seller were Philadelphia Fire Fighters.

Plus...A New Tax Credit for Certain Existing Home Owners!
It's official. President Obama has signed a bill that extends the tax credit for first-time home buyers (FTHBs) into the first half of 2010. This program had been scheduled to expire on November 30, 2009.
In addition to extending the tax credit of up to $8,000 through June 30, 2010, the extension measure also opens up opportunities for others who are not buying a home for the first time.

What a HAPPY DAY..another HAPPY CONDO OWNER in Delaire Landing Condo..
Bank of America put the wrong address on the mortgage documents..so we had to wait for new mortgage papers.The first time home buyer wanted to go with his own bank.He is an International Hockey Player and felt it would be easier because some of his funds were in Euros and some in Us dollars..His bank was BANK of America.OKAY that should not be to difficult.He had excellent credit great income ,20% down, the perfect buyer..Everything was approved,appraised,and we were ready to go not a problem...

Today was a wonderful day.There were lots of smiles and happy people.There was a closing on a property. It was a condo at Bakers Bay in Philadelphia Pa.
