Delaire Landing on a beautiful spring day! It felt more like summer it was in the high 80's closer to 90 degrees. Down at the river people were enjoying the day.The boaters were out on the Delaware river enjoying the great weather.Helping themselves to the great weather.
My friend and school teacher Rona Black was soaking in the sun shine .She is also one of our tennis star players.. There is Ray and Judy reading while enjoying the view. Trees are starting to bloom nature is coming alive. The neighbors are coming out of hibernation. Everyone willing … (12 comments)

A long day at the office ,I was on my way to a Delaire Landing Condo meeting.I could not resist sharing these photos of nature I took before the meeting.Sometimes its nice just to take a deep breath and look at what is around us....nothing about how to .or where are.. or how much... just the tranquility of life

After a Sunday morning and afternoon at the office i decided to take a brisk walk with my camera in hand through my condo development located on the Delaware River.. Delaire Landing
I wonder How Old are the Trees???

Talking to my favorite client . He is single a first time home buyer and renting. He has been looking for a condo to buy off and on for about nine months now. We have had llong discussions on the pros and cons of buying versus renting. Perhaps I should explain more- he is not just a client but a long time friend.He is a huge source of referrals to me .He sends me at least 4 referrals a year if not more.
