Delaire Landing Condominiums a Waterfront Community Delaire Landing Condominiums is located in the 19114 zip-code in the Torredale section of Philadelphia Pa.The Grounds here are perfectly manicured by professional landscapers.There are a variety of beautiful trees,bushes,and flowers,to be maintained.With every change of season the flowers are replaced around most of the sections to reflect the seasons. Delaire Landing Condo has a new neighbor. Another successful sale was completed and reported.The settlement closing went smoothly.It was held at the local Re/Max Affiliate office in Torresdale section of Phila Pa 19114.This Condo was in the Gardens also known as Condo #1.

(not so speechless Sunday) Delaire Landing Condo Pool was closed for the season. It was a surprise to the residents.Everyone was looking forward to one last weekend or at least one last day. There was a sign posted on the door of the Rec Center due to the weather the pool will be closed for the season.It was a beautiful sunny day.There were many disappointed residents at Delaire Landing today. What a HAPPY DAY..another HAPPY CONDO OWNER in Delaire Landing Condo..
Bank of America put the wrong address on the mortgage documents..so we had to wait for new mortgage papers.The first time home buyer wanted to go with his own bank.He is an International Hockey Player and felt it would be easier because some of his funds were in Euros and some in Us dollars..His bank was BANK of America.OKAY that should not be to difficult.He had excellent credit great income ,20% down, the perfect buyer..Everything was approved,appraised,and we were ready to go not a problem...

Today was a wonderful day.There were lots of smiles and happy people.There was a closing on a property. It was a condo at Bakers Bay in Philadelphia Pa. What a great Day we had at Delaire Landing! The Condo Board had decided to get a new pool company and Life guards this year! We even have Life guard stands with umbrellas .How great is that? What a Great decision it was!
After a long cold winter of hibernation everyone was glad to see each other .Some people had good news to share and some had sad news .The pools looked beautiful. .and were enjoyed by all....The chairs were cleaned off and set up around the tables and the umbrellas were all up ,chaise lounge chairs were lined up for … (7 comments)
