Delaire Landing Condominiums is located in the Torresdale section of Philadelphia Pa 19114. Delaire Landing is a gated community with 24 hour security.There are many amenities and activities.This section of Delaire Landing Condominiums is called the Gardens and is also known as Condo association #1.It was the sample units when the development was built. condos: Successful Opening Day at a Riverfront Community

What a great Day we had at Delaire Landing! The Condo Board had decided to get a new pool company and Life guards this year! We even have Life guard stands with umbrellas .How great is that? What a Great decision it was! After a long cold winter of hibernation everyone was glad to see each other .Some people had good news to share and some had sad news .The pools looked beautiful. .and were enjoyed by all....The chairs were cleaned off and set up around the tables and the umbrellas were all up ,chaise lounge chairs were lined up for … (0 comments)
Condo living is a different type of living then owning your own home.You really do not have to worry to much about the outside maintenance.So it is a little more care free style of living .It is usually included in your condo fee among other amenities.Here in a small section of Delaire Landing called the Gardens.. Worked from home today.Dare I venture outside? It is 21 degrees and the sun is shining.I should dig out my car.I have a listing appointment tomorrow and I want to get some snow pictures of Delaire Landing by the Delaware river. Was I surprised!My condo $$ at work my car was dug out just needed to be cleaned off.What a wonderful job the Delaire Landing condo association did with the snow removal.. Camera in hand bundled up I took some photos ..it was very quite at the riverfront.Even the birds were staying warm .I didn't see many flying about.Even the geese weren't any where to be found..
