Today I received a text message from a young couple I had recently sold a house to . They asked me why I had not stopped by their house yet . I was really touched . To be honest I did owe them a visit . I had a horrid sinus infection and fever the day of their settlement. I promised them I would stop by to see them. I felt awful that day and went home to rest . Checking My Google Alerts This Morning I saw a new listing come up in a subdivision my client was interested in. The only problem was that when I checked the MLS it did not come up. The pictures of this listing were amazing Remodeled kitchen and baths newer carpets and the price was also right. The only problem was it was not in the MLS under the subdivision we were looking for.If I had not had this subdivision in Google alerts I would not know it was avaliable .
