Lets not forget the post cards of just sold and just listed.News letters and such that I sent by the US mail.I was never really a calender Girl.Listed too many homes with some other agents calender staring me in the face. Reading how unemployment is on the rise I worry about the folks who don't know where to turn for assistance. I was in the local bank yesterday where an older woman had over drawn her checking account and had a great amount of over draft fees on her account and wanted to make payment arrangements with the bank to pay them back. Great News Existing home sales have increased 2.1% in February..The index according to the National Association of Realtors (NAR)says the gain is likely to hold for a while and gives hope for a solid spring selling season..
Affordability is also working.Housing affordability levels are at their most favorable since NAR first started tracking the data in 1971.
There are still some hurdles mortgage underwriting standards are tougher creating snags for many buyers who would like to buy and can not.,but those who qualify can lock in low rates and enjoy the upper hand in price negotiations.

I received a call asking for help from the History Channel......My receptionist Jane thought it was a prank call.When I called back it was not a prank caller it was the History Channel..
Well it was not..I thought they wanted to do some Historical documentary..
I when asked why they called me they said they googled and I came up!
I was really surprised when they put me through to UFO HUNTERS...
Look around you they are in the area.
They are filming and interviewing strange UFO sightings in the Philadelphia and Bucks County area.
