Delaire Landing Condominium is a Waterfront Community.For people of all ages .It has a fantastic water view that can be enjoyed year around.The residents here the enjoy the water views in the summer more so than anyother time of the year.Why is that you may ask? Delaire Landing Condos in the Torresdale section Of Philadelphia Pa. A beautiful Gated Community.This is Will Kane the president of our condo association and his son Danny.They have been working very hard to restore the Asian Gardens located in our Courtyard atCondo section #1 called the GARDENS known for the beautiful flowers and gardens.
We have been very fortunate to have a new neighbor John a gardener by hobby . He knows how to shape and trim up bushes. Here we are a group of us working hard.
