Pa. 19136 celebrates 40th Birthday Party at Guido's for Craig.It was a wonderful Gala filled with wonderful food,friends,dancing and fun.His girlfriend Dominica had planned this party for several months and it was a complete surprise..It is so hard to keep secrets especially from one of your closest and dearest friend.The secret was kept and there was over 85 people who came from all over the Philadelphia and surrounding area to Guido's located in the 19136 zip code on Welsh rd. in Phila. A Royal Evening of Mardi Gras Fun was the theme of this fantastic party! My dear friend's children invited me to a fantastic surprise party with a Marti Gras Theme.It was her 50th birthday and what a party it was! Rather then tell you about all the food ,friends and family ;I created a slide show. I hope you enjoy it!.
It was a party fit for royalty with a Mardi Gras Theme..and was Great fun for all!

Re/Max Affiliates NE Holiday Party was another wonderful occasion.Whenever everyone from our office gets together we have fun.Especially when food and music are available. We are in good company and we manage to entertain ourselves and in the process we also entertain everyone around us. We are blessed to have such an excellent support staff and progressive thinking broker owner. Here are some photos of our party and a very short "video" "dance dance" as the lighting was not very good for "video" ..short but entertaining...

Re/Max affiliates celebrated Alan Stasson's 50th Birthday at Delaire Landing's Rec center on the waterfront. Alan is the broker-owner of Re/max affiliates located 9237 Frankford ave. Phila Pa 19114. It was a surprise party put together by his agents ,staff ,daughter Ann and son Daniel. Delaire Landing Rec Center was happy to accommodate and the room was just the right size.The food was catered by Al's Corner deli (the owners are residents of Delaire Landing) located at Rhawn and Torresdale ave. (almost wordless)Delaire Landing Rec Center is preparing for a surprise party! Whose Birthday is this? It is a someone special.Someone celebrating a 50th Birthday.I will give you a hint it is not mine.We are having the food catered from AL's Deli they are located at Rhawn and Torresdale.The owners are residents here at Delaire Landing.

This man is 99 years old.He lives at Delaire Landing Condominium and was having a wonderful time at the rained out party.Every evening he takes a walk to the court yard in condo one and sits in the restored Asian Gardens.He is still very active and we all love him.Ninety nine years old and still counting.Here are some more pictures of the the night he came to enjoy. 99 years old and still ready to party!

Summer is coming to an end.The pool at Delaire Landing will be closing soon. The end of the year Party at Delaire Landing was planned ;but it was rained out. A Hawaiian Luau evening swim pool party with a disc jockey . Food and drinks along with party items were purchased.Bad news a Storm was approaching Delaire Landing 19114..Lightning and Thunder and pouring rain. Here are two video's of the residents at Delaire Landing that made the best of the situation and had FUN...
