philadelphia real estate: Mom Paid Cash For Her Home it is Worth Less Then She Paid For it - 03/30/12 10:31 AM
A very nice lady called the other day to tell me about her mother a very sweet lady that I remembered as soon as I heard her name. She then told me her mother had passed away. It made me very melancholy. Her mother and I had become friends the first time we spoke on the phone . She was 87 years old ;but you would never know it she was full of life . What a wonderful personality she had. It is hard for a senior to move from a home they had raised their family in ;but she did

Friday's Foto: Torresdale Accident Pole Falls State Rd Phila Pa 19114.This was a scary incident especially because my car was parked not far from the poll. PECO crews and Comcast crews worked all day and night to remove the fallen pole and replace it with a new one. There was no power outage and I am not sure what the source of power it supplied .Thankfully no one was hurt .There was a car accident up the way perhaps that was what caused the poll to fall. The fallen poll was replaced and put back up on

philadelphia real estate: Heat Wave! Stay Cool! Phila Pa 19114 - 06/09/11 09:55 PM
Heat Wave ! Stay Cool in Phila Pa 19114. It has been so hot it has been difficult to think. Perhaps the best time to show homes is in the early mornings . Sellers please be aware that it is best to have the A/C on in a heat wave for you and a potential buyer. There is nothing worse than showing vacant homes with no A/C on in a heat wave. I have been advising my sellers to leave the air on. In my humble opinion it is just as bad as showing a home that is unkempt and dirty.

philadelphia real estate: HelpFulHannah Value what you do - 04/01/09 04:25 PM
Take your business seriously .Value what you do. Expect other agents to value what you do. Provide your clients with excellent service. The money follows that - Don't try to follow the money. If you try to chase the money down, it can backfire on you. You must be very careful to always protect your clients, and therefore yourself, in situations that have potential for any negative legal ramifications. Keep your name out there when others cut back................focus on what works! Web-based advertising is absolutely critical! Have a stronger presence because when your name is seen it promotes your services and your listings. I hope I
