buyer agency forms: Buyers agency form..do you use one and when do you initiate it? - 09/16/07 04:02 PM

Some agents still do nothing more than a handshake..Some agents won't even get out of a
car unless one is signed. I heard about one agent e-mailing it to the buyer before they even met.
There's of course, the agent, who has one signed when writing the offer. I'm one who waits for the
second meeting and has it signed then, this way I know if I want to work with them and how motivated
they are. What's your style?
