So your saving money selling it on your own? National Association of Realtors claim real estate agents get 16% more for homes nationwide then FSBO's. http://narblog1.realtors.org/mvtype/narinthenews/2006/04/the_cost_of_selling_without_a.html But what about our little town here in Northeast Ohio? Being in real-estate for over 10 years I've noticed about a 5-6% higher price verses homes sold by owner. … (5 comments)
