doris: Keeping my facebook time to just 15 minutes of "effective time". - 01/19/11 05:05 PM
Did you spend some time in December or January: Business planning to find out how much your time HAS to be worth to earn your goal this year? If I spend 15 minutes it gets expensive so I better know how to SPEND it well!
15 minutes spent per day on Facebook Goals:
5 minutes: to make 10 comments on "Friends" activities.  (Goal-Stay involved/connected.) 2 minutes to post one link with "valuable information"  (Goal-become a resource) 5 minutes to send 1 Personal e-mail  (Goal-be responsive.) 3 minutes to find 1 person outside of your immediate network to "friend". doris: This living a life stuff-be real and let the world in. - 12/01/10 11:19 AM
I admire those folks who let the entire world know who they are right from the cradle. Dear Lisa,
Well Lisa I think you have a winner attitude and … (0 comments)

doris: 2010 Resolutions-why do we do this? - 12/31/09 10:47 AM
I better start this post with IMHO: A Resolution shouldn't be made just because everyone else is making them! Last year my resolutions actually happened! I made them for personal reasons, gave myself a plan and made them happen. I even held myself accountable and kept track in a diary. Not a book anyone else would want to read but, it worked for me.
I lost 20 pounds with more focus than determination Spent more time with the family Sorted and cleared "stuff" in the house Decided that I wanted one particular job and gave it a lot of attention-I may know more … (4 comments)
