The 72,000 is a 3/2 with a 2 car gar square ftg is 1335

short: Rainy Day work - 03/18/08 01:12 PM
When it's gray and gloomy outside so many of us try to stay inside. We are having a couldburst kind of day today in North Texas and the best thing about it is the flowers are just rejoicing! We have petunias in front of the office that are dancing in the rain! It's funny to watch them kind of wiggle everytime a raindrop finds a petal.
What are you doing for your rainy day? It seems that this same cloud is almost covering the entire country right now and while I know we will have some really incredible flowers by the end of … (0 comments)

short: Are you "Linked in"? - 02/29/08 09:32 AM
I look for ways to better my business from a technical standpoint all of the time. One of those ways is to reconnect with old friends and colleages. This site will let you do that as well and it's free at the basic level-or course you can do more if you pay for it. I have found a few old work buddies this way and some of them think I still know a few things! Maybe it will help you as well. Try it http://www.linkedin.com/. This site might also be useful for anyone looking to reconnect with old friends who might … (4 comments)

short: The 8th Habit went to Tennesee this weekend - 02/27/08 04:41 PM
SO did Swiss Family Robinson for my daughter. We try to encourage her to be as big a reader as we are so this last trip to the library I picked up the 8th Habit by Covey and since we were called out of town on Sunday afternoon-I took it with me-Luckily I am one of those strange people who can read in the car and I did. There's as much to this habit as there was in the 7 habits of highly effective people! I am enjoying it. Just wish I had more time to read.
Heh Texan's, our business … (2 comments)

short: Millionaire debt? - 02/21/08 06:23 PM
REALTORS can be very sensative people we take what we do seriously and to heart. We are like the rest of the world we really don't like to fail our customers and we love to get a win-win where everyone gets something valuable and walks away from the closing table happier than when they arrived. Today's world is different than even a year ago.
Buyers are more serious and cautious than they used to be. Some have bought into the media hype (even in Texas where we have two of the most stable areas in the country-Dallas and Houston.) They have simply closed … (0 comments)

short: How does a Real estate consultant spend a rainy day? - 02/21/08 05:55 PM
North Texas is brr cold-not as cold as other places in this fine country but, cold enough for us to pull our scarves closer around our necks and huddle just a little bit closer together. I am finding blankets in places I don't usually see them. There is one in my car, upstairs in the workshop next to my desk, across the back of the couch, across the end of the beds. Rainy days add to the chilly feelings outside but, it doesn't affect the warm feelings inside!
I was lucky today I got to celebrate with one of the agents in … (0 comments)

short: Still think you can't get a loan? Fed's decision may change your mind! - 01/25/08 12:14 PM
The Federal Government has realized (finally) what all of the bad press has been doing to the housing market and that affects many people's jobs. I always tell people who ask for housing advice to follow the jobs. If they are relocating check out the job market even if you are transferring for a job just to be sure that there are OTHER jobs of the same or a better nature in that area. I have personally made that mistake once long ago and frankly that is probably how I eneded up in Real Estate Sales and Training. At least I landed … (0 comments)

short: Real Estate Terms for 2008 from 2007. - 01/24/08 01:07 PM
Nightline suggested just last night that NOW is the time-to BUY while the rates are down and the inventory is up. Two days ago the Federal Reserve bank dropped the rates by 3/4 of a percent: the largest single drop in 20 years. This opens the door to a very unique opportunity. This opportunity is called Buy Time. The time to buy.Why buy? Let me show you why: interst rates are down and dropping, check the chart for items that may be important to your lifestyle and how they fit into each type of property use.

So IF you are thinking about buying a home and think that you might have wanted to take advantage of this program, NOW is the time to be calling. Right now. short: Some days are better than others! - 12/19/07 10:27 AM
Yesterday was a pretty good day all things considered. I took my daughter to school and came home to change out of my sweats and get ready for the workday. I printed out my assignments, kissed my husband and took off before 9 am. I like to get out the door before other people get on the road these days. I did get lost (My own fault!)even though I printed out my maps-for some reason, I decided to start from the end and that messed up my plans a bit- see how one little change can mess up your day? I wasn't sure how the … (0 comments)

I know as I write this post that more people, well REALTOR people, will look here than at most of the other posts that I have written even though other posts may be better written, (this one is completely personal)this topic is what got you here! So let's get some meat and potatos on the screen.
I took my daughter to the "special park" yesterday and found a new Seller. I am practicing Belly to bellycommunication. Now what really happened was this: We went to the park early about 9am on Saturday. This is my daughter's favorite park, it is across from a library, … (4 comments)

short: Hope now-is there hope now for the people facing foreclosure? - 10/25/07 01:25 AM
For the official website Click here
Four major lenders have come together to take a stand on behalf of homeownership and in fact to stop the looming foreclosure landslides. This site recommends that people who are facing foreclosure should contact their lender or a consultant to help them resolve the problems.
Many face the loss of their homes
Loans have adjusted and now they are in a position of being unable to pay them at all. Here in Texas many of us were very relieved at the amount of rain that we had over the hot summer months. It was a blessing to see … (0 comments)
