I am always surprised when I find condo units listed that are FHA & VA approved with no mention of it in the listing. Since FHA is a big part of the 1st time home buying scenario it is just soooo important to include this in your listing. Here in Northern Virginia we have a picklist option for "Project Approved" yet when I search for communities that are FHA approved I am often surprised at how many lsitings do not appear (but should!) simply because the project approval information is not included.
