I know that everything we read and/or hear on TV, says the Real Estate Market is the worst it's been in decades. That now is not the best time to purchase a house.
But wait a minute; here are a couple of reasons to rethink these statements;
Interest rates are still low, but very volatile. The mortgage people that I've talked to, think rates for home buyers are going to increase drastically after the elections.Home prices are low.
