homes: WHY HIRE A PROFESSIONAL, IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO TAKE THEIR ADVICE?? - 04/19/08 04:20 PM
I'm sure many of you who are professionals in any field, but certainly a Realtor has this happen more than once. A potential client calls and sets up an appointment, to talk about putting their property on the market. After presenting a Comparative Market Analysis,and answering all their questions, you say, "Based on all the information available, your property should be $150,000". And they say, "Well that's fine, but I think we should set the selling price at $175,000, because my property is much better than all those that have SOLD." What's amazing is that they can say this with a straight face,
