The Real Estate Housing market has suddenly created a glut in the market place of Real Estate Experts. Each and every one of them in one venue or another spouting the same rhetoric.
" Now is a Horrible time to buy " or " Buy Now if you want to see your Equity go down the drain ". Or how about this one. " It might not be a bad time to consider buying, that is if you could get a loan ".

Here together with my Grandaughter is our first attempt at creating a video on Youtube. Together with all the production time we have about 1 hr into this first project. Let me know what you think. *********** Update ************ Where has all the time gone? It seems like forever since I last did this video. I have a new camera since then and have purchased 3 video editing programs none of which I would consider great and or easy to use. Hence the reason for this update.
