The best thing that ever happened to my Real Estate Career was my Geographical Move. I will admit that it was a bit scarry at the time. After all I was the Number 1 agent in the Number 1 office for the entire County. Folks this was not your typical I'm number 1 advertising ploy used by every agent that comes down the Pike.

Tired of being beat to the punch. Yes it still is a very aggressive market here in Portland Oregon. The early bird still gets the worm. For years I have worked very hard for all of my Buyer's and Seller's. Typically I would get up in the morning and check the Hot sheet from the local RMLS to see what properties had come on the market that matched my Clients criteria. I would also check Foreclosures and Fsbo's. By 8:00 AM I would hit the streets with printouts and my Clients criteria sheet.

So the question is what is the difference between remodeled and reahabbed ? In general the person that has done the work and describes it as a remodel job has given you a BIG CLUE.
In essence the re-modeler can be anyone with any amount of experience. The re-modeler generally is a person though that tackles a single task in a home or several tasks in a home using current products on the market to either create a new space or redo a space that either does not work or they would like to see work better or in a different way. … (3 comments)
