If you like living in a Bedroom Community such as Beaverton Oregon a scant few minutes away from Portland Oregon but you can't yet afford the prices of a home yet you need the space then perhaps a Condo is for you.
The biggest problem you will encounter is the real lack of 3 bedroom Condos. Typically most Condos were built with a floor plan of 2 bedrooms or less. I suspect the theory was that they would be most often purchased by retirees who wanted less space to keep up.

Last Night was the conclusion of CBS's Reality hit television show Survivor_Fiji . Now I do not have any illusions as to real life and television programming. But the television show Survivor now in its 14th season does depict the dynamics of civilization in the context of a competition in a very short time period ( 39 or so days ).

Did I mention the Fixer market in Portland is Hot ! Just as I thought I might have a tough time getting rid of this one the Market Heats up and I am suddenly flush with qualified Fixer Buyers.
