portland oregon listings: The New LAPTOP Pays Off My Clients Win and I am Still on Technololgy's Upward Slippery Slope - 04/22/07 06:24 AM
Back in February of this year I wrote a post about  Technology_and_The_Upward_Slippery_Slope  where I talked about being on the Technology Escalator. Once your on it seems as though you can never get off.
It seems as if it was a self fulfilling prophecy because a few days back on April the 12th I wrote another post Deal_or_No_Deal  about buying a Laptop Computer and asking the question " Did I Wimp Out ?" or did I get a Good Deal or No Deal.

The expired listing phone interview had gone fairly well. Bob definitely wanted to sell. In fact he had to sell. My on-line review of the former listing revealed many mistakes.
Wrong School DistrictsWrong Cross streets with inaccurate directionsWrong number of BathsIncorrect type of HeatingIn general the former listing agent had made numerous fatal errors to what was otherwise a pretty good house. Now don't get me wrong the sale of this home was not going to be a walk in the park. But it certainly would be made easier with accurate information.
