As Spring threatens to arrive Many of Portland Oregon's tree lined streets have yet to produce the leaves that will provide relief from summers heat.
Standing tall and barren like sentinels in Mt.Tabor one of Portland Oregon's Tree Lined Streets.
These giants not only provide summer relief they also help to define a neighborhood. While the leaves are gone for the moment it is the best time to view the trunks and limbs of these gentle giants.
Soon the leaves will return and the interesting shapes will be mostly obscured. But for now the viewing is good.

In a recent article of the The_Oregonian_newspaper and on the front page in large headlines " Portland Home prices stable while most cities slide."
Of course the news is not all positive and the doom and gloom spin masters cannot help themselves as indicated in their sub Head line of " The Metro area is among five in the nation in which housing values escape decline, but 2008 could be different" Nothing like negative speculation to continue the hope of doom and gloom.

But are we all wasting our time? I think that we are. In fact is submit to you that developing a traditional web site is not only a waste of time it is also fool hardy. An expense not worth bearing.

So all is going well when I call my Title gal to check on a few transactions. I am told that she no longer works there and that Susie has taken over her files. They are quick to reassure me that Susie will do a fabulous job and that I will like her.
