As a Chelan Home inspection service we get see many things- some good, some bad.

As I am making my initial sweep of the exterior of the home I see many honey bees. I see them swarming to a hole in the exterior of the home. Sure enough a healthy hive of bees. Honey bees for the most part are very docile. If you don't mess with them, they don't mess with you.

  As a home and pest inspector in Wenatchee Washington my main product is my report, so this means what software to use, or not use. I have spent many years working with software developers and providers installing systems. Home Inspection in Chelan County and EIFS
Performing a home inspection in Chelan County and dealing with EIFS (exterior insulation and finishing system), also known as synthetic stucco.
EIFS was created after WWII and became popular in the 80's and 90's as an alternative to traditional stucco. EIFS is more flexible that traditional stucco and easier to work.
