If you look at these number there is a relative small significant change from month to month. But if you compare the numbers to last years numbers ( in percentages, you will se an optimistic view of were we are headed towards. October is the first negative accumulation month in three years , and the August and september figures show a significant decline. This numbers are from Trend and for Bucks County, PAsingle homes
