Highland Homes is known for providing an extraordinary home buying experience. Now, they are partnering with Sears Commercial to provide an even more exceptional experience. Both of these companies have been known for their outstanding customer service and their true devotion to customer satisfaction. The two companies will compliment each other by offering Sears Commercial personal shopping service to all Highland Homes homeowners and buyers.
On each Florida new home purchase from Highland Homes, Sears will offer a personal shopper who will meet with the buyer and discuss items and furnishings they desire for their home. Sears stores offer a variety of items that the homeowner needs such as exercise equipment, lawn equipment, outdoor furniture and supplies, large appliances, small electronics, house wares and more. As any personal shopper should, they will shop competitor pricing to ensure you get the best deals that are out there. Those who haven't closed on their home yet, can still take advantage of this luxury as Sears will hold items and invoices until after your closing. To top it off, the company will also offer a 5% discount on all purchases.
Highland Homes prides themselves on doing business with top name brand manufactures, and Sears fits right in. Coming together with these other companies helps ensure quality homes and a quality experience for their customers. Other companies they partner with include Whirlpool, Delta Faucets, Progress Lighting, Pittsburgh Paints, Merillat Cabinets and Mohawk's.
Highland Homes, a home building business in the Tampa area has made it into the news again. This is a common occurrence for the award-winning company due to their success and positive reputation. Recently the Tampa Business Journal named them as one of the leading businesses in the area. There are many reasons this is true, but one main reason was their ranking in Tampa’s annual list of Privately Held companies for Gross Revenue. Highland Homes ranked number 74. With the economy in its present state, this is a great achievement.
This central Florida home builder has received numerous awards and recognitions over the past years due to their business practices and the quality new homes they have built. It’s hard work to keep a company running smoothly and owners, Bob and Joel Adams have remained actively involved keeping the business successful. By keeping a close eye on their competition and keeping up to date with the details of their industry they are able to stand out. According to their marketing director their “pricing strategies are audited and reviewed on a daily basis.” Prices are changing more frequently than usual in Tampa so this is a vital part of their system.
Due to the company’s sales people and culture, they have managed to gain over 30% of their sales through referrals. That’s saying a lot about a company, and in today’s economy it is a great and inexpensive way to gain business. Highland Homes works to provide great quality in both their products and their employees to create customers that are highly satisfied with their business.
Highland Homes is slashing prices again, making now a perfect time to buy. Highland Homes has significantly reduced pricing in several of their communities throughout Central Florida.
Three Winter Haven communities now start at $115,900. Normandy Heights on Winter Lake Road, St. James Crossing off Hwy. 92 near Auburndale and Brenton Manor off Hwy. 27 are all starting with this low price point. All homes in these communities have been reduced to drive new home sales.
These Winter Haven communities are not the only ones with price changes. Every community Highland Homes builds in has been reduced and many communities offer upgraded features too. Some communities now offer floor tile and hard surface counters in the kitchen and baths.
The time has finally come for the re-opening of Ayersworth Glen and Highland Homes is celebrating with a spooktacular Grand Opening event on Halloween. For those that are unaware, Ayersworth Glen has basically been at a stand still since March. The developer was going through a grueling process of refinancing their lots, and during this time, Highland Homes was only able to secure a handful lots. However, the refinancing period is over and Highland Homes has purchased more lots in the popular master-planned community and is eager to begin building again.
The Grand Re-Opening event will be on Saturday, October 31st from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. (giving you plenty of time to get back home for a night of trick-or-treating). The day will be jam-packed with festive activities like pumpkins, apples, door prizes, a costume contest and refreshments. Without a doubt, it is the perfect bash to begin the new phase of Ayersworth Glen. You can register for the event on the Highland Homes Facebook page or by calling 813-938-4810.
Located in Hillsborough County, Ayersworth Glen is an extremely popular master-planned development. Highland Homes builds in two different neighborhoods at Ayersworth Glen - Highland Chase and Highland Courte. Both of these communities offer new home shoppers a wide variety of available floorplans and many options for interior features. There is no doubt that these two communities will be highly successful for the central Florida new home builder.
