Highland Homes is still excited about the tremendous success they had in December 2008. The Florida home builder sold 56 homes in December, making it their 2nd most successful month in 2008. As real estate industry professionals, you know it is completely unusual to have December be one of your top earning months for the year. So, what did Highland Homes do differently in December?
