For a number of years, it has been a buyer’s market with Florida real estate some of its lowest prices to date. However, it won’t stay like this for long. According to Market Watch and Clear Capital’s home data index forecast, Orlando new home prices are now on the rise. But, you shouldn’t feel safe if you’re not in the market for an Orlando new home: other Florida cities will soon see the same fate.
