According to an article by Wayne Faulkner published today (Feb 26,2008) from http://www.starnewsonline.com/, the Wilmington area housing market is doing good. In January 2008 three and a half times more homes went under contract than had in January 2007.
There were also 214 pending contracts on homes this year in January compared to only 63 homes … (4 comments)
