woodinville real estate: March advice - 03/29/10 01:06 PM
Years ago, my father started telling me that by the time you reach the end of March, you've reached the end of the year. At 20-something I found his words of advice quite amusing. After all, most of the year, and my life, still lay ahead. It really didn't make sense to me how my dad could think of March as the end of the year.
As I've gotten a bit older :) I realize the wisdom of his words...and its actually very applicable to us in real estate. By March we have layed the foundation for our year; we've worked out our business plan, marketing … (1 comments)

woodinville real estate: Friday Staging Fieldtrip with Ardell DellaLoggia - 11/07/07 02:20 PM
On Fridays my wonderful broker, Ardell DellaLoggia takes fieldtrips to the listings of Brio realtors. She had already been out to see my latest Woodinville listing, a spacious 3340 sq ft 2-story home in the Reintree neighborhood, the previous Friday. Although the owner and I had gone through the house to prepare it prior to listing, Ardell felt that some additional staging was necessary, before an open House took place.
