Las Vegas residences seem to follow trends when it comes to buying their next home. Las Vegas homes first started being built directly around the Las Vegas Strip and more so towards the east side of the valley. Once the development of the Summerlin master planned community started on the extreme west side of the valley so did the migration of homeowners and other new communities. During the same time Henderson and Green Valley also appealed to a great many people and expanded rapidly. Henderson and Green Valley are located directly south east of Las Vegas. Nearly 1/3 of all homes in Las Vegas are 5yrs old or newer. This stands as a testament of the enormous amount of growth Las Vegas has undergone. However, industry is not usually mixed with the developments. Home owners can enjoy the peace and quiet of well designed neighborhoods without being disturbed by traffic and noise of industrial activities. What results is convenience without disruption.
