The number of Land sales in our Kau Real Estate district are down since thier peak in JUne of 2005. Kau is one of 9 Real Estate districts on the Big Island of Hawaii.  (Click here to view a map that shows the location of Kau on the Big Island of Hawaii).  We have been in a downward trending market ever since April of 2006.  Kau has had 6 Land sales so far in December.

The number of Land sales in our Hamakua Real Estate district are down since thier peak in September of 2004. The number of Land sales in our N Hilo Real Estate district are down since thier peak in December of 2003. N Hilo is one of 9 Real Estate districts on the Big Island of Hawaii.  (Click here to view a map that shows the location of N Hilo on the Big Island of Hawaii).  We peaked again in August 2004.  However, since December 2005 we have been selling up to two parcels a month. One N Hilo Land sale has taken place so far in December.

The number of Land sales in our Puna Real Estate district are down since thier peak in March of 2005. The number of all home sales on Big Island Real Estate are down since thier peak in June of 2005.  Since June of 2005, we have been in what I call a downward trending market for the Big Island of Hawaii.  43 Big Island home sales have taken place so far in December.

The number of home sales in Hamakua Real Estate is at a 5 year low. The Big Island of hawaii has 9 Real Estate districts.   (Click here to view a map that shows the location of the 9 Real Estate Districts on the Big Island of Hawaii).
