What Comparables Should I Be Using To Determine A List Price Now That The Tax Credit Deadline Has Expired?Today I went on a listing presentation appointment in Johnson County KS and as usual, I provided a list of the most recent sales for the area in which the home is located that were as comparable as possible.  The only problem....the most recent sales, although having sold no more than 180 days ago, may not be the most ideal comparables to use to price a home so that it is competitive.
