Well,  I received a phone call from one of my ex-coworkers Rich the other day.  Rich was also a fellow computer hardware engineer in Silicon Valley.  We both worked together at Redback Networks designing on the SMS10000 as the SMS1800 products.

Well, I made the move.  I am now working out of the Grand Lake Oakland office. The office is located at 3320 Grand Avenue in Oakland's Lake Merritt area.

Just in case you haven't heard the news, the Alameda office of Prudential California Realty will be shutting down and agents are being merged into the Grand Lake Oakland office.

The news came down today at the office meeting.
The Alameda office of Prudential California Realty will be merged with the Grand Lake Oakland office next month. The Alameda office will soon be closed down.

Merry Christmas to all.
I have to say that we had some excitement this Christmas morning and it wasn't because of opening presents.  My parents are both elderly handicapped and we really don't do much for Christmas anymore.   My two brothers both live far away and it's me and the parents.
