St Andrews Crossing is a new subdivision in Shepherdsville. Some of the area's best builders constructed these homes and it definitely shows. The open floor plans conform to today's lifestyles. Hardwood and tile flooring, fireplaces, 9-10' ceilings, whirlpool tubs and much more are all common. In fact, the only thing that keeps these homes from being in the Luxury Home price range is their size.
These upscale Shepherdsville homes have 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths and range from 1500-1800 sq ft.
In October 2008, prices on active listings ranged from $180,000-$250,000.

Bullitt County Luxury Homes: For purposes of this report, I define luxury homes as those over $250,000 with some adjustments being made to those with significant acreage. Bullitt County homes in this price range are generally well beyond anything that would be considered a spec home. These are larger, have more bedrooms and baths, and have a multitude of upgrades.
