I spend hours every month analyzing the Louisville area housing market. I note which homes are selling and which ones are not. I pass this information along in my Market Report posts along with general recommendations for buyers and sellers. While I try to avoid using the copy-paste function, my advice has been pretty consistent for some time now. Buyers should buy. Sellers should hold unless they are trading up or their house has become a burden.
