Instead of low fees and high commission splits, each agent in our office pays a monthly brokerage charge regardless of whether we close a transaction. This means that if I don't help you accomplish your goals, not only do I not earn a commission, I still have to pay fees. The upside is that there is no limit to my potential business growth.
