Just recently Forbes published the top ten cleanest cities in America. Of the 10 cities 4 of them were located right here in the Sunshine state of Florida.
Orlando ranked number 4 on the list, just behind Miami and Jacksonville.
I guess Orlando isnt just about Disney or Tourism, we care about our enviroment and can boost some of the cleanest air in the country. Orlando scores big on ozone and air pollution levels.

Today I worked with a couple from Canada, well I guess it depends what day you ask them, they have properties and live all over the world. I would have liked to have spent more time with them today. They are a great couple and very interesting. The wonderful thing about working with out of state buyers and even out of country buyers is telling them all the wonderful things there are to do here in Orlando. Here is an update on my listing. I received 2 offers in 5 days of listing the home. My seller choose a strong buyer that had 20% down and was financed through Wachovia bank. He also was accepting the property as-is condition with the right to inspect. We were suppose to close Sept. 28th but my seller suggested if everyone wanted to close early she was open to it. The following day the bank said they could close on the 14th if they wanted to.

We have all seen the emails that we need to register our cell phone numbers because soon telemarketers will be able to call us. So is that the truth or just another email hoax.

I was selected as one of Orlando's Five Star best in client satisfaction for 2007. They print your name and information in their magazine, Orlando Homebuyer. HEre's a sample of the magazine, they are in certain areas of the country.
Truly not everyone gets this designation however they do try to sell you something. They want you to purchase an updated profile any where from 1/8 of a page to a full page article talking about yourself w/photo. This is a pretty heavily distrubted magazine. Wow what a crazy weekend it has been. Just to give you an update on this home. As you know on Saturday I had 4 showings with a verbal offer with the first buyers and a cops showing up at the neighbors house scaring the last ones. Last night I received 2 offers, the ones that were verbal and the second buyer who came through the house.

Ok so the next time you visit Orlando and even if you live here you have to try the Pancake Breakfast at the Old Sugar Mill. It's a little bit of a drive but well worth it. It's a hidden secret that has been here since I believe late 1800s or early 1900s.
