marketing: Realbird.com I must say has postlets spanked - 04/28/08 06:51 PM
So I stumbled across this website Realbird.com, to my surprise this is one of the best free listing sites around. The ease of uploading a listing is great. Well wait I wish they had an option to choose multiple photos and upload at once, then I would be completely happy. Now with all my listings I just want to be able to put together information and have it search able and come up in as many places as possible for my clients to get the property sold. I also like doing individual websites for each property something postlets cant accommodate, but

marketing: If you had $750 a month how would you spend it? - 12/20/07 08:55 PM
So today I received a call from a mortgage company trying to get me to sign up and receive their lender approved leads. I considered it for a long while thinking ok it's not bad receive 30 leads in my area that have loan approval for $750 a month. Then I read the fine print a little more and decided that it wasnt worth it that, that $750 a month could be spent somewhere else. So if you had an extra $750 a month to spend on your business whether it's for marketing, internet, etc.. How and where would you spend it?

marketing: Purchasing A list of names and addresses - 08/15/07 05:48 PM
I am looking to throw a soiree for a luxury listing that I have. I would like to invite individuals that have the wealth to afford the home, possibly local congressman or a mayor or someone of importance to the home. I intend to have appetizers catered and a wine tasting all while previewing this home and hopefully finding a buyer. In order to do this I need a list of individuals in my area that meet this criteria has anyone used a list generating company, if so who do you recommend. I am also open to suggestions on my idea.

So this is my first real attempt at blogging. I have always hated writting so why should blogging be any different, but I guess with anything it takes practice, so here begins my journey. I wanted to see what people are doing to set themselves apart from other agents, what do you do to make your name ring out in your community. I try to be innovative, I dont use spec websites like alamode, I have an im chat session on my website, I am working on some video open house tours of my listings, and my number one thing I think
