orange county nsp: Orange County FL Down Payment Assistance - NSP Program - Free Government Money - 09/08/10 02:15 PM

That's right free government money is available through Orange County FL Down Payment Assistance program NSP or Neighborhood Stabilization Program. This program allows very low, low and moderate income families with the purchase of a home.
You can receive up to $20,000 in down payment assistance and your closing costs paid for, requirements are:
Minimum 620 credit score You must contiribute 1.75% of your money in the purchase. IE: Purchase price $100,000 you need to give $1750. That's it! Must be able to get financed Dont currently own a home

orange county nsp: Orange County NSP - Homes for Sale in Orlando and Orange County using Down Payment Assistance - 09/02/09 05:52 PM

Orange County NSP stands for Neighborhood Stabilization Program. The program is designed to help purchase foreclosure properties that might need some rehabilitation and sell them to home buyers using state funds. These homes are then eligible for grant funds from the county to go towards the home buyers down payment. They fall in the same guidelines as the Orange County SHIP.
The program has two options to increase the number of homes for sale in Orange County made available to those buyers needing Down Payment Assistance.
