learning from someone who is successful in business 2004 - 05/30/08 11:16 PM
Ask any successful businessperson in almost any industry, and most of them will tell you that one of the keys to financial independence is following and learning from someone who is successful. David J. Medendorp is living proof of this philosophy. Although, if you speak to him personally, his humble demeanor will never truly admit that he is a leader in the real estate industry, but his volume and accomplishments speak for themselves. "Always take a rich person to lunch" has been David's motto since he was a teenager, and after our interview, he informed me that he had to set (0 comments)

We may have reached the bottom of the Market for the Muskegon Real estate Market. For 4 months straight I have seen sales increase and and the size of the market has been stable or went down. It appears that the market is know longer getting worse and it may be getting better. I do not expect to see prices rise immediately since we have today a 20 month supply. Today in Muskegon sales are down from 2004 19 % but inventory is up 45 % . Starting in Janrury I have seen sale edging up and inventory edging down. So I thing we (0 comments)

Mortgage NewsFHA is Back and Better than Ever Federal Housing Administration (FHA) loans have become an extremely popular choice recently for Americans looking to buy a new home, or refinance an existing home. In fact, according to the FHA, the total volume of FHA loans has reportedly tripled in the last year alone - but why? In recent years, the FHA has made some important policy changes in order to be more competitive. These changes, along with the effects of the subprime collapse and the subsequent credit crunch on the mortgage and financial markets, have combined to make FHA a (0 comments)

This information will be posted on our local multiple listing service web site for potential buyers and REALTORS® to review. I will also use your title insurance commitment (0 comments)
How a loan should work. The perfect proccess - 05/14/08 06:22 AM
This comes from a friend of mine Rob Garrison . He is a mortgagee lender with a back ground as a Lawyer. This lays out what happens , or should happen when you apply for a loan. How Purchase Loans Are Made A Step-By-Step Walkthrough 1.Pre-approval - Getting pre-approved for a mortgage allows borrowers to know exactly how much house they can afford. Viewed as "cash buyers", pre-approved borrowers have greater negotiating power as well. 2.Loan Search - Buyers should seek the advice of an experienced mortgage professional, someone who will help determine which financing options best suit their needs today and (0 comments)
