The Housing Crisis Is Over. Muskegons Market starting to move. - 05/25/08 10:14 PM
We may have reached the bottom of the Market for the Muskegon Real estate Market. For 4 months straight I have seen sales increase and and the size of the market has been stable or went down. It appears that the market is know longer getting worse and it may be getting better.  I do not expect to see prices rise immediately since we have today  a 20 month supply. Today in Muskegon sales are down from 2004 19 % but inventory is up 45 % . Starting in Janrury I have seen sale edging up and inventory edging down. So I thing we … (0 comments)

This is  a great time to buy. I encourage parents, grandparents, that have  off spring that  should  own a  home or need to move  up that  if they need some help that now would be  a Good time to help them. Housing prices in Muskegon are down 5 to 50 %  and that means there are a lot of deals in the market place. Today the selection is great there are 3121 properties  for sale in  Muskegon and in the last 30 days 161 properties have sold that's a16 % increase over last month .
