A long time downtown landmark, the Hamilton Apartments Down town Muskegon was purchased by investment partners, David R. Gregersen and Blake P. Hotz in April of this year. The 17,000 square foot building at 81 Hamilton was showing signs of its age. The partners have invested in renovations of the front steps and terrace, landscaping it and installing period wrought iron fence.
