According to the National Association of Realtors, the real-estate market in East Sandwichbottomed out in July 2010, and has since then resumed a growth trend rising 5.6 percent.  This growth means that things are looking up.  Chief Economist for NAR, Lawrence Yun, says 2011 looks optimistic: "The market is recovering and we should trend up to a healthy, sustainable level in 2011."
