Of all the homes for sale in Newtown, this one has a special place in my heart.
I just love everything about it: the Nob Hill neighborhood, the cul de sac location, the fenced yard backing to open space, the spaciousness and flow of the rooms, the fact that children in the development go to Wrightstown Elementary School...I can go on and on. In fact, even though I'm living in my "forever home" my husband and I had a split second where we thought, "Do we buy this place? "Cause it's great."

Prudential Fox & Roach is having an Open House Extravaganza this Sunday 3/22/09 from 1-3 p.m.
So far, we have over 1500 houses signed up and will be held open. Go to the Prudential Fox & Roach website and click on the red box to the left to see how to search open houses. We also have a super-cool tool directly underneath (Home Tour Planner). You enter in the MLS numbers of the open houses you want to visit, and this tool will come up with a customized map for your tour.

This Sunday, I held an open house at my listing at 122 Elderberry Drive in Levittown. There was an advertising glitch, and while the home appeared in the paper, it did not print with a recently reduced price, or open house. So, I went on-line only, and posted the open house on our company website, Realtor.com, the Property Website, ActiveRain.com, and Craigslist.com. I went the extra step and tied balloons to my signs (a lesson in futility, since they inevitably deflate before the end of the open house).
Does on-line marketing trump print media?
