Every day I sit down and examine what I've done not just for my clients, but also for me. It might seem silly, but afterall isn't my job to do things for my clients? Well, yes and no of course - that is to say it's a part of my job, but in real estate your job is your business, and it isn't enough just to sell your listings, you also have to sell your business - constantly. The question I get a lot these days is "has this finally become a buyer's market?" to which I invariably answer... "Well, yes, sort of... but not really. It's hard to say."
 Now if this sounds a little inexact or confusing, well, then you understood me perfectly. The fact is, it certainly isn't the seller's market it once was, but it isn't exactly a buyer's market either.
