The magnet program weaves the arts, sciences, and technology into all areas of the curriculum in order to stimulate and extend the educational potential of all students.

This Saturday, April 18, Reston, Virginia will be celebrating its 45th Anniversary with a Founder's Day Celebration at Lake Anne Plaza.
It is hard to believe that this planned community, one of the most successful in history, will be turning 45 this year! Reston, Virginia's founding father, Robert E. Simon, will be turning 95, too, so this celebration will celebrate both events with a community party from 12 noon to 3 at Lake Anne Plaza. There will be entertainers, performers and surprise guests.
