We switch off the lights, turn up the thermostat, make improvements to our house,  recycle like crazy, but are our habits getting worse? Last night I was pleased to see that one of my favorite shows is back on...The Biggest Loser. As I watched, I wondered to myself, 'what is it about this show that I like so much?' Is it the gamesmanship? While I enjoy it, my favorite players are never the ones that are obviously, 'playing the game.' I love the ones who are committed to losing the weight and getting in shape. I am a life-long resident of Reston and would not change it for the world.  What is it that makes Reston so special? I have assembled a list below of some of the things that come to mind. I know that I did not cover everything, but I gave it a shot.
