help: Monday Morning Motivation - 12/15/08 09:26 AM

Needed a little extra something to get me going this morning after the ice storm of last week. For those of you from other parts, please say your prayers for those of up here in the North East that still do not have power or heat! help: I have a problem... Short Sale and a Seller I can't get through to... I need your help! - 04/25/08 08:15 AM

A little back ground
"Joe" and "Betty" bought a house three years ago when the market was strong. They have lovingly maintained the home. Joe lost his job, and Joe and Betty have not been able to make their payments for three months. We listed their house about two months ago, and went over the whole short sale process. Joe and Betty are absolutely the nicest people in the world the kind of people that would do anything for their friends. They have two young daughters. Betty has steady full time employment, and Joe has a part time job but is graduating … (16 comments)
