Never has there been a room that can have a larger impact on a buyer than the bathroom. It’s a room of such intimate exposure and can often display what I call “The ICK Factor”.Here’s a checklist to keep your listings on track:- Replace the plastic shower liner and wash the shower curtain.- Take note of the shower rod; if it isn’t in pristine condition cover it with a simple plastic tubing liner (not sure what the “technical” term is).
